The rental agreement price includes the delivery, set up, pick up and removal of all tents and accessory items within one hour of Naples, Florida. Additional travel time is at $60.00 dollar per hour.

The rental agreement price includes the delivery and pick up, but not set up of tables, chairs and other items. Orders for tables, chairs, and other items alone (without tents) will be delivered and picked up at $60 round trip from Naples.

All equipment with the exception of tents and canopies MUST be protected from weather at all times. At no time shall anything such nails, staples tacks or any kind of adhesive be attached to the tent poles or canopies. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt to the time of return. We do charge for missing and broken items.

In order to confirm a reservation, a rental agreement must be signed, and a down payment of 50% of the total rental must be received by Excalibur.
